Overview
The Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR) created GEM training to support Canada’s mining sector by enhancing awareness of gender diversity, advancing gender equity and inclusion and addressing sexual harassment and gender-based violence in the workplace.
This eLearning program is for everyone. GEM helps learners enrich their awareness of gender diversity and build capacity to support gender equity and inclusion in the mining workplace, promoting a dialogue and sharing perspectives about gender diversity and equity in mining.
