Essential skills are needed to participate and thrive in learning, work and life. Essential skills are foundational for building other skills and knowledge and important for effective social interaction. These skills overlap and interact with each other, and with other technical and life skills. They are inclusive and can be adapted to different contexts.
MiHR has received funding to be able to support employers, educational institutions or training organizations with up to $100,000 in funding to deliver its Essential and Work Readiness Training Programs.
