Dreamer Day is a high-energy career exploration event designed for over 4,000 female students from across the province of Ontario. More than a traditional career fair, Dreamer Day blends empowerment with experiential learning, personal discovery, and connection to role models.

Lively panel discussions, interactive photo stations, 50+ exhibitors, and experiential activities create an atmosphere where curiosity, confidence, and career exploration come to life.

Through powerful female-to-female connection, students have the opportunity to hear from role models, engage with mentors, and learn directly from women working across a wide range of industries.
