Mining Indigenous Workforce Development Roundtable

The Mining Indigenous Workforce Development Roundtable (MIWDR) is a unique, one-day event dedicated to supporting Indigenous workforce development strategies in Ontario’s mining sector. Hosted by the Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR) and Anishinabek Employment and Training Services (AETS), this event will bring together key stakeholders through engaging speaker sessions, interactive discussions, and networking opportunities to explore labour market trends, showcase inclusive talent development programs, foster collaboration on Indigenous workforce initiatives, and share strategies to inspire Indigenous individuals to pursue careers in mining.
