Celebrating 30 Years of Leading Collaboration
For three decades, MiHR has brought people and organizations together to help build a skilled, inclusive and sustainable mining workforce in Canada.
Since 1996, MiHR has evolved alongside the industry, responding to changing workforce needs, developing resources and training, supporting employers and workers and helping Canadians explore opportunities in mining.
Our 30th anniversary is an opportunity to recognize the people and partnerships that have contributed to this work, reflect on how the industry and workforce have changed and look ahead to what comes next.

For 30 years, MiHR has helped build Canada’s mining workforce. As we look to the next decade, that work has never been more important. We’re ready to meet the challenges ahead and continue to help build the workforce Canada’s mining industry will need for the future.
